I started working in the construction industry in high school. After high school I took classes at Columbus State

Community College for project estimating. I specialize in the construction of existing building complexes with new

additions. I have completed OSFC projects, Federal, State, Local Government projects as well as several mental

health projects. I’ve also renovated, Hospitals, and Colleges. I have over 25 years of experience in the construction

industry, mostly as a Superintendent / Project Manager / Estimator / Scheduler .

Bruce Construction Company

Current: Working Commercial, Scheduling, and Renovation work, Graber Design Tech. Utilizing the past several

years to complete several projects including DoDD Building Campus Needs Assessment Plan, DoDD building

maintenance, Estimation Project schedules and cost, maintaining crew efficiency on day to day projects. Working

through Sand Hill I worked with Fluor as a Project Scheduler for a project specific job for P&G in Oxnard

California.

Wise Construction Company

I was hired in 2005 and worked with RDQM which was an LLC partnership set up to service the Dayton Public

Schools, my part on that team was Site Superintendent /Project Scheduler/ Project Estimator. For the past 4 years

I’ve worked exclusively as a Project Manager / lead Scheduler/ lead Safety Inspector for Wise Construction

Company.

Projects: Stivers School for the Arts, Germantown Library, The Eye Site, Dayton Airport, County Corp, DoDD,

CTA, City of Dayton, RTA Bus, WPAFB

Bruce Construction Company

I spent my first 18 years working with Bruce Construction Company. As part of a family team, I worked this

company successfully and once my parents were able to retire, I worked to help close the company out. My title at

Bruce Construction was Superintendent/Project Manager.

Projects: New Carlisle Church, Camden School, National Parks Museum, Wright Patterson Air Base, Community

Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Springview Mental Health, West Carlton Service Garage, Champaign County Service

Garage, Northeastern Schools….

Application Software:

I am fluent with presentation software, Microsoft applications, Prolog, Suretrack, Primavera, Microsoft Project and

Star Builder Estimating and Cost Tracking software. I also enjoy presenting my projects to the general population.

Hobbies: My family and I spend some time camping, 4H projects, building and using kayaks and restoring a 1968

vw beetle. I work with the Church Youth Group running a Technology Presentation Program, Sound Systems and

Lighting. I also videotape the high school soccer matches. I spend time on short term mission trips around the

world.
